Founder of Feed Your Whole Self, Carol McGrath, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Meditation Coach and Master Teacher, Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner. She combines her certifications in coaching, energy work, mindfulness, and meditation with her life experience, intuition, and 21-year background spent working and being educated in health care to offer clients a truly unique and holistic approach to change. Carol is an Empowerment Coach, who works with men and women who are seeking change in their physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual wellness, life path, and/or in their relationships with self and others. IET, or Integrated Energy Therapy®, is a powerful, energy-based healing technique. IET practitioners combine specific hand positions and gentle acupressure with angelic energy to remove stored negative energy from the cellular memories of the nine energy centers of the physical and energetic body and replaces the space with the energy’s positive counterpart. IET is beneficial for those who struggle with guilt, trust, shame, heartbreak or betrayal, "shoulds", resentment, forgiveness, stress, powerlessness, and/or fear, and for those who just want to experience deep relaxation surrounded with angelic energy! Sound healing with use of Nepali crystal singing bowls supports brain wave frequencies to naturally slow and synchronize with the sound wave frequencies from bowls. This calms the nervous system and allows the body, mind, and energy to experience a deep sense of relaxation which activates the natural healing process.
